All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Exceptions to this policy will only be made if the event is entirely cancelled or postponed, or under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion and prior approval of the event organizers.

By purchasing a ticket and attending THEKKINI, guests agree to the following: 🔞 18+ Event This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry. 💳 No Refunds All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise communicated by the organizer. 🛡️ Security Screening All guests are subject to security screening upon entry. Bags and personal belongings may be searched in accordance with venue and security policies. Anyone refusing required security screening may be denied entry. 🚫 No Outside Food or Alcohol Outside food, beverages or alcohol are strictly prohibited. Any prohibited items may be confiscated or entry may be refused. 📸 Photography & Videography Photos and videos will be captured throughout the event. By attending, guests acknowledge that their image or likeness may appear in event photography, video and promotional content used by TZRON – House of Four and its partners. ⚠️ Personal Responsibility Guests attend and participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal safety, belongings and conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer, venue, partners and staff will not be responsible for personal injury, loss, theft or property damage arising from attendance at the event. 🏢 Damage Caused by Guests Guests are responsible for any damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the venue, equipment or property belonging to the organizer, venue or third parties. 🤝 Conduct Aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, excessively intoxicated or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Security and management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests where necessary for safety or compliance with venue policies. 🍺 Alcohol Service Alcohol will only be served in accordance with Ontario law and venue policies. Service may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated or cannot provide acceptable identification. 🎃 Costumes Costumes are encouraged. Real or realistic weapons, sharp objects, dangerous props or other items prohibited by security or the venue will not be permitted. 🔄 Event Changes Event details, programming, performers and schedules may be modified where necessary. 🎟️ Ticket Validation Only valid tickets purchased through Killikod.ca or another officially authorized TZRON sales channel will be accepted. TZRON – House of Four reserves the right to enforce these conditions together with all rules and policies of The Dopamine Lounge, Toronto.
