Event Terms & Conditions

Our role

Kilikood.ca and tickets.kilikood.ca operate as an intermediary platform. We provide the medium for you to find and purchase tickets, but we do not host, own, or manage the events.

The seller of record

The Event Organizer is the seller. They are responsible for the event’s execution, safety, and compliance with all laws. Your purchase creates a contract directly between you and the Organizer.

Pricing and taxes

Organizers set all ticket prices and event-specific terms. The Organizer handles any applicable taxes (such as GST/HST) on the ticket price. Kilikood does not charge tax on its service fees.

Payment processing

Kilikood.ca processes your payment on behalf of the Organizer. We retain a booking fee for our service and transfer the ticket proceeds to the Organizer.

Refunds and cancellations

The Organizer determines the refund and cancellation policy. If an event is postponed or canceled, you must follow the Organizer’s specific rules and procedures for compensation.

Limitation of liability

Kilikood.ca is not liable for event cancellations, schedule changes, or the quality of the event. You must direct all claims, disputes, or complaints regarding the event to the Organizer.

Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that Kilikood.ca acts only as a ticketing platform. You agree that your transaction and the event delivery are the sole responsibility of the Organizer.
