All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Exceptions to this policy will only be made if the event is entirely cancelled or postponed, or under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion and prior approval of the event organizers.

Event Terms & Conditions By purchasing, receiving, accepting, or using this ticket and/or attending the event, the ticket holder agrees to the following Terms & Conditions: Photography & Videography Consent: By attending the event, I consent to Natyalaya Dance Academy photographing, filming, videotaping, or otherwise digitally recording me and/or my child/children, where applicable. I authorize the use of such photographs, videos, and audio recordings for promotional, advertising, marketing, educational, social media, website, print, publication, and public-awareness purposes. Media Release: I understand that photographs and recordings taken during the event may be published or shared by Natyalaya Dance Academy without additional notice or compensation. I waive any rights or claims relating to the authorized use of such materials. Admission: A valid event ticket or other approved proof of admission must be presented upon entry. Natyalaya Dance Academy reserves the right to refuse admission where a valid ticket or authorization cannot be provided. Tickets & Refunds: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated by Natyalaya Dance Academy. Seating: Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved or assigned seating is specifically indicated. Event Changes: Natyalaya Dance Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, program, performances, performers, or other event arrangements when necessary. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. Natyalaya Dance Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Safety & Conduct: All attendees must follow venue rules, safety requirements, and reasonable instructions provided by Natyalaya Dance Academy or venue staff. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event. Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, Natyalaya Dance Academy and the event organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance at the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Acceptance: By purchasing, receiving, accepting, or using the ticket and/or attending the event, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
