Refund policy
All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Exceptions to this policy will only be made if the event is entirely cancelled or postponed, or under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion and prior approval of the event organizers.
Terms & conditions
By registering for and attending HMA Kerala Piravi 2026, participants agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Registration and Attendance All attendees must purchase tickets through the designated registration link. Tickets are valid for the individuals included in the booking and may not be transferred without prior approval from HMA. 2. Payment and Refunds Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by HMA. If HMA cancels the event, registered attendees will be informed of applicable refund or credit options. 3. Event Program and Changes HMA reserves the right to modify the event schedule, program lineup, performance order, food arrangements, venue setup, or other event details when necessary due to operational requirements, venue requirements, safety considerations, performer availability, or circumstances beyond HMA’s control. 4. Seating and Venue Seating is subject to venue capacity and event arrangements. Attendees are asked to follow directions from HMA volunteers and venue staff and to respect designated seating, performance, backstage, and restricted areas. 5. Food and Allergies Dinner will be provided as part of the event where applicable to the ticket purchased. While reasonable efforts will be made regarding food arrangements, HMA cannot guarantee that food will be free from allergens or cross-contamination. Attendees with allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific food requirements are responsible for taking appropriate precautions. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring food consumed by their children. 6. Children and Supervision Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian. HMA volunteers and program coordinators are not responsible for childcare or individual supervision. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children's safety, behaviour, and wellbeing throughout the event. 7. Performances and Participants Performers and participants are expected to follow instructions provided by HMA program coordinators, including designated reporting times, performance schedules, backstage procedures, and venue requirements. Program timing and performance order may be adjusted as necessary. 8. Safety and Conduct All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, fellow guests, volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and venue staff. Attendees must comply with all HMA and venue safety requirements and instructions. HMA reserves the right to ask an attendee to leave the event in cases of disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour. 9. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. HMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal items. 10. Photos and Videos Photography and videography may take place throughout the event for HMA’s promotional, archival, and social media purposes. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify the organizers before the event. 11. Participation and Liability Participation in performances, activities, and other event programming is voluntary. Attendees and participants acknowledge that participation may involve ordinary risks associated with attending or participating in a community event. To the extent permitted by law, attendees agree that HMA, its executive committee, volunteers, sponsors, and organizers will not be responsible for injury, loss, damage, or other incidents arising from participation in or attendance at the event. 12. Compliance with Venue Rules All attendees must comply with the rules and requirements of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School, HMA event guidelines, and any applicable safety requirements. Access to backstage, performance preparation, technical, and other restricted areas is limited to authorized individuals. 13. Acceptance of Terms By registering for HMA Kerala Piravi 2026, attendees confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and any children, family members, or guests included in their registration
