All Sales Are Final: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Exceptions to this policy will only be made if the event is entirely cancelled or postponed, or under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion and prior approval of the event organizers.

By purchasing a ticket or attending GHOST HOUSE INN, you agree to the following: - 19+ Event: This event is strictly 19+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Guests who cannot provide acceptable ID will be denied entry without a refund. - Tickets: A valid ticket is required for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorized third parties may not be accepted. - All Sales Final: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or otherwise stated by NYX Society. Refunds will not be provided for failure to attend, failure to provide valid ID, or removal from the event. - Right of Admission: NYX Society, venue management, and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour, subject to applicable law. - Alcohol: Alcohol service is subject to Saskatchewan liquor laws and venue policies. Guests who are intoxicated may be refused alcohol service or removed from the venue. - Costumes: Costumes are strongly encouraged. Props, accessories, or costume elements considered dangerous or disruptive by security or venue management will not be permitted. - Event Changes: Event details, entertainment, programming, and scheduling may be changed where reasonably necessary. - Photography & Video: Photography and videography may occur throughout the event for NYX Society promotional and social-media content. - Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their belongings. NYX Society and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items, subject to applicable law. - Venue Policies: All attendees must follow Gojo Lounge & Bar policies and instructions provided by NYX Society staff, venue staff, and security.
